Room is Ready!

Time is just flying by! I will be considered "full-term" in just over 2 weeks! Dr appointments have been going well and we are getting excited to meet our little girl. The room is nearly finished now. Aaron did a lot of work painting and cleaning. We both had our first experience hanging a wallpaper border. I must say it went pretty smoothly. We finished up our prepared childbirth class and are now just trying to keep the house cleaned up....waiting....

I thought everything had sunk in...but now I am again in disbelief that she is actually coming. We have prayed for her for so long...I feel so blessed that she will be here soon!

Last weekend Aaron got to go with his Mom to visit his sister, Lauren, and her family in Tucson. They had a nice time and I'm glad they got to spend some time together.

Below are a few pictures of the room and my ever expanding belly!

Just 2 months to go!

Well, the time is going by quickly. Only about 8 weeks to go. I think the time will fly by, although Aaron feels like it will never get here. I had a doctor appointment on Tuesday and everything is still going well. Good strong heartbeat and I am "measuring just right". Interesting fact: A woman's belly generally measures (bottom to top), in centimeters, the number of weeks she is. So, my belly is 32 centimeters long (or round)!

We are getting close to having the baby room complete. I'll post some pictures as soon as it is done. The crib FINALLY arrived last week and Aaron surprised me on Monday by putting it all together and getting the baby room and our bedroom rearranged and cleaned up. He is so great!

We are still adding and removing to our name list....that is really difficult! Our child birth classes are going fine. They are pretty interesting. And our little girl is moving around plenty. I am feeling well and although she is starting to get a little heavy, I am really enjoying being pregnant and am in constant awe of this little miracle growing inside of me!

Lots of Love
